BANGKOK property developers, Phanason Group, have recently launched Phanason Grand Ville, a housing development in Bang Jo. The project has five different types of detached housing and three versions of semi-detached housing.
The interior of the houses range in size from 60 square meters to 132 sqm and gardens range from 144 sqm to 216 sqm.
Phanason Grand Ville comprises 115 rai (45 acres) of land. The de- velopers currently have 13 projects on Phuket including ‘Green Places’ in Phuket Town, the ‘Park Condominium’ in Patong and the ‘Residence’ next to Makro.
Reservation costs start at a
suprisingly low 5,000 baht for houses costing 1.8 million baht. Grand Ville is conveniently located with nearby restaurants, entertainment venues, leisure facilities and shopping destinations in Thalang.
Phanason are trying to expand their market to entice foreigners from Russia, Britain, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China to invest in the Grande Ville project.
Grand Ville is aimed at the market of retired Thais, and foreigners looking for a quiet place to call home.
Phanason use the phrase “a quality home” to describe their projects and they have over 20 developments nationwide.
